A Crystalline World

Softly, the scent of spring floats freely on each cool breeze.  The sun's heat kisses each plant its rays can reach, making them glow with life.  Tall trees cast protective shadows over the more delicate flowers while the stronger foliage sits boldly beneath an endless blue sky.  Water pushes gently at the rocky shore in synchronized rhythm with the lake's fluid dance.  Not a single grey cloud worries the horizon.  If only life would always be this crystal clear...

The Poetry of Music

The silken, silver skein woven by the delicate strand of music hung suspended above their heads.  The stars quivered in awe of the solitary notes whispering softly in each heart.  To some it spoke of comfort, some felt the stirrings of grief as the melody cried with their wounded souls.  Yet others were moved with joy, exulted by the freedom with which the wandering sound dissolved into the night sky.  Beauty surrounded them all, and none could miss the murmur of splendor sustained within the majesty of the heartrending music that reached their ears.
